Organizer This campaign (“Giveaway”) is organized by Permission Association. (“Organizer”).
Eligibility

Open worldwide to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation, unless prohibited by local laws or regulations.
Employees, officers, and contractors of Organizer, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
By participating, entrants confirm that participation is legal under the laws of their jurisdiction.
All participants must be registered Permission members and agree to comply with Permission’s Terms of Use.

Participants must complete the required campaign tasks as listed on the official campaign platform(s) or participation channels designated by Organizer (e.g., Galxe, Magic Square, or other third-party platforms).
The specific tasks, number of entries earned, and eligibility criteria will be detailed on the campaign page for each Giveaway.
Organizer is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or misdirected entries.

The type, quantity, and value of rewards (e.g., USDC, ASK tokens, or other digital assets) will be specified on the campaign page for each Giveaway.
Distribution methods, individual allocation, and eligibility to receive rewards are determined by Organizer and may vary depending on the number of participants and tasks completed.
Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted, or withdrawn at Organizer’s discretion.
Participants may be required to complete KYC/identity verification before rewards are released.
Digital asset rewards (including ASK) may fluctuate in value; no minimum value is guaranteed.

Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraudulent, abusive, or malicious behavior, including but not limited to use of bots, multiple wallets/accounts, or manipulation of campaign mechanics.
All campaign decisions by Organizer are final.

In case of disputes, conflicts of interpretation, or unforeseen circumstances, Organizer’s decisions shall be final and binding.
Organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or other circumstances beyond its control that may interfere with participation or reward delivery.
Rewards are provided “as is” with no warranties. Organizer makes no guarantees about the future value, price, or utility of digital assets distributed as rewards.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving rewards.
